Alright I normally go here all the time hoping that it will get better. Well today was it I'm not going here any more. Their bagels never seem fresh and you get it toasted and it tastes like they put it into a blast chiller it's cold. Their donuts a renal ways picked over and those are never fresh. Today my boyfriend got a large white hot chocolate and there was 1/4 of the drink missing, it wasn't full. This place is stupid.
